Most of our standard furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. For handcrafted or custom-made items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production and shipping.

Currently, Passio Interiors ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that large furniture pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless they arrive damaged.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed wood to ensure environmental responsibility without compromising on quality.
