Initiate Your Request
Log into your Passio account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all protective foam and hardware, to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
